Membership Application

Membership Application Form

Please note that a signed membership form needs to be received by postal mail. Below is the link which will provide you with a .pdf formatted membership application form. Various countries utilise differently sized papers - please ensure that you select the correct paper-size prior to printing (usually in the 'Page SetUp' submenu under the File menu of your .pdf reader).

Payment for membership needs to accompany each application. If in Australia and making payment by bank e.transfer,  please note the payment date on the application form (cash payments may only be made in person - please do not send cash through the mail).

The Membership Application to the Association for Tarot Studies can be downloaded in PDF format.

Gift Vouchers

A gift voucher enables you to assist another in either their Conference or Membership registration. They may likewise be used for the purchase of any items available via the Association for Tarot Studies, such as Bob O'Neill's Tarot Symbolism.

Should you wish to purchase a voucher for either yourself or anyone else, please use this Gift Voucher.pdf form. The receipt and voucher will be sent to the address provided thereon. Should you wish for us to send the receipt and the voucher to separate addresses, please mention this on a separate but attached note.

Again, we do need this form either by post, or scanned and sent - this is simply in order to minimise any fraud with regards to credit card usage.

Any queries may be sent either by e.mail to jmd@association.tarotstudies.org, or by post to:
